Lebanon Car Sales : 2017

Registrations this year weren't a record but were very good all the same. For a smaller market, the recent years have been surprisingly consistent. Kia has been the leading brand since 2010 and Hyundai number two from 2012 with a one year blip in 2015. Kia's share at 20.4% is impressive but down on its highs above 25% a few years back. Suzuki and Chevrolet have done well recently.

Chinese brands are trying to make an impact but its early days to know whether it will continue or fall away at it usually does. In the premium arena, the German trio and Volvo lost out in 2017, but both Jaguar and Land Rover fared better.
